Cookies and Tracking

Sharing data with advertising platforms like Meta for targeted advertising is treated as "sharing" under the CCPA even though we receive no money for it. You can opt out using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer, or by emailing support@carmean.co.

To make any request, email support@carmean.co. We'll verify your identity using information associated with your orders and respond within 45 days.

Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. Use the same contact address above.

Email Marketing

If you subscribe, we'll send promotions, product news, and training content. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you've placed.

Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor our 60-day guarantee, handle disputes, and satisfy tax and accounting requirements — generally seven years. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a PCI-compliant payment platform. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@carmean.co and we'll delete it.

International Visitors

Our store operates in the United States and we ship domestically only. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States.
