A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the time your order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.

A: If a product isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You don't need to return an empty container — just tell us what didn't work. We'd rather know than keep your money.

Q: Are your products safe for people with allergies?
A: Full ingredient and allergen information is listed on every product page. Our whey protein products contain milk. If you have a specific allergy, check the label panel on the product page or email us before ordering.
Q: How do I take the product?
A: Directions are on each product page and the label. As a general guide: whey protein — one scoop in 8–10 oz of water or milk, post-workout or any time you need protein. Creatine monohydrate — 5g daily, timing doesn't matter, consistency does. Vitamin D3, omega-3, and CoQ10 — one serving daily with a meal containing fat.
Q: Can I take multiple Carmean products together?
A: Yes, the line is designed to stack. A common combination is whey protein, creatine, and vitamin D3. As with any supplement, talk to your doctor if you take prescription medication or have an existing condition.
Q: Are these FDA approved?
A: Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA, and no supplement brand is. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
